- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, customs delays, or courier disruptions.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
